We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships with clients, support their needs, and promote our products and services. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Supported by the store management team you will receive full training covering self-storage sales, customer services, administration and how to operate a successful self-storage facility.
This position is based in our Chipping Norton store with starting salary of £27,500 per annum, rising to over £30,000 through a generous bonus scheme.
You will be expected to work an average of 40 hours per week.
Our current store opening hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6.00pm,
Saturday: 9:00am - 2pm, Sunday: Closed (on average you will work one Saturday each month)
As part of the role, you will be performing occasional visits to the other Wigwam storage sites, so a full driving licence will be required.
