We are looking for a warm, organised and confident Onboarding Coordinator to join our family law team.
You will be one of the first people a prospective client speaks to, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to their consultation with one of our specialist lawyers.
You'll respond to enquiries from our website and social media, take the time to understand what the client needs and help them feel confident about taking the next step. You'll then manage the onboarding process, making sure their regulatory paperwork is complete and payment has been received ahead of their consultation.
This is a role that combines exceptional client care with a natural commercial approach. You'll be comfortable following up enquiries, discussing fees and encouraging prospective clients to book when we are the right firm for them.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in client service, sales, onboarding or professional services
- Warm, personable and genuinely client-focused
- Confident communicating by telephone, email and online
- Organised, proactive and highly attentive to detail
- Comfortable having conversations about fees and converting enquiries into consultations
- Sensitive to the fact that family law clients may be contacting us at a difficult time
Experience within a law firm, and particularly knowledge of family law, would be a distinct advantage.
