We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our hardworking, passionate team.
Learn and assist Senior Project managers to:
· Manage, monitor and report on site safety.
· Manage client expectations.
· Manage project budgets.
· Manage the purchase and delivery of site materials.
· Manage project timelines and installation programmes.
· Manage and report on site teams, including time keeping, performance and site attendance.
· Produce reports for directors and clients, as necessary.
· Maintain and exceed quality expectations.
Skills and Experience:
· Architectural / Project Management / Interior Design degree would be advantageous but attitude is key: hard-working, ambitious, and willingness to learn.
· Consistent attention to detail.
· Natural confidence and leadership skills.
· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
· CAD experience advantageous.
· Fluency in English is essential.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills.
· Pragmatic, proactive and solution driven.
· Ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
