Night Shift Supervisors / Team Leaders
The Wall Group are expanding and looking for full-time Night Supervisors (11pm–6am, 5 nights a week).
As Duty Manager, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and make sure customers get the best service possible. We’re after someone reliable, hands-on, and positive, who can keep things running smoothly and motivate others.

What we’re looking for:

18+ with at least 12 months’ retail & leadership experience

Great communicator with strong organisational skills

Customer-focused and target-driven
-
Confident with cash handling, KPIs, and compliance
-
Fresh ideas and a can-do attitude
Hours:
Full-time and part-time roles available (up to 42.5 hours). Shifts are between 11pm–7am, Mon–Sun. Flexibility required.
