Westland Horticulture is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Forklift Driver at our compost manufacturing facility based in Granville Industrial Estate Dungannon.
We are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly £50 Attendance bonus.
Main Duties Include:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift, to load and unload lorries whilst ensuring all paperwork is checked and filed.
- Handling the Westland product with care to ensure minimum damage at all times.
- Maintaining the forklift to a high standard, carrying out pre-use checks and report any damage/faults to management.
- Ensuring that the standard of the yard is maintained and kept clean and tidy.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
- Any other reasonable request set by management.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment.
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance Forklift, with valid counterbalance License.
- Good level of understanding and spoken English.
- Ability to meet production targets.
- Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.
The rotating shift Pattern is as follows:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm
