GENERAL MANAGER & ASSISTANT MANAGER positions available for new Piano Bar opening in the centre of Market Bosworth.
Must have 2+ years experience in cocktail lounge, hotels, live music venue or premium table service venues.
Essential to have an understanding of premium table service dynamics in an intimate 98-seat setting.
Roles include managing guest flow, staff recruitment and training, overseeing compliance, creating & co-ordinating theme nights.
An ideal opportunity to satisfy ambitious managers wanting creative freedom whilst providing a seamless table service.
Competitive salary (£36,600-£40,600) with performance-based growth bonuses. Anticipated start late-October 2026.
39 hours per week with overtime possibilities.
