About the Role
As our Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating compliance appointments across our Birmingham operations, working closely with contractors, tenants, managing agents and colleagues to ensure statutory inspections are completed on time.
You will play an important role in maintaining accurate compliance records, reducing missed appointments and helping Twenty Fifth Avenue Housing meet its legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate compliance appointments, including gas, electrical, fire safety and other statutory inspections.
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, managing agents and colleagues to arrange and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate compliance diaries, calendars and scheduling systems.
- Monitor upcoming inspection deadlines and highlight any compliance risks.
- Rearrange missed appointments and proactively follow up to minimise delays.
- Keep CRM and scheduling systems up to date with accurate information.
- Produce regular reports on compliance activity and appointment performance.
About You
You'll be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Essential
- Strong administrative and diary management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM or scheduling systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while working to deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience scheduling property compliance inspections.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within the social housing sector.
- Experience working with contractors, managing agents or property maintenance teams.
