Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House team member to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit
- Assist with food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Manage guest requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide receipts as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Making and preparing drinks and cakes orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligentlyQualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is pref but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner

Pay: £12.71 per hour
