Job Title: Optical Practice Manager
Location: Dudley
Salary: Up to £29,000 (dependent on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- NHS Submissions: Manage and oversee the NHS submission processes, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
- Practice Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the practice, enhancing patient engagement and increasing service offerings.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyze store KPIs to drive performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Stock and Supplier Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering and supplier negotiations to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Process Management: Develop and refine practice processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient experience.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage the practice team, providing support and guidance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Rota Management: Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every patient has a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in optical practice management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NHS processes and submissions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Experience in stock management and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff effectively and create efficient rotas.
