EA Spray has a opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed paint sprayer to meet increasing demand on our order books.
Established in 2021 we are a young and rapidly expanding business primarily focussed on spray finishing doors, windows, kitchens and cabinetry for clients across East Anglian to London. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sprayer to join our small team based in Halesworth, Suffolk.
Whilst your spray experience across waterbased and ideally solvent systems is essential, equally important are your personal qualities of good communication skills, reliability, a can-do attitude and above all a desire to learn and work as part of a team.
The position is initially part time to meet demand but offers scope for progression for the new team member. Hours are part-time flexible, with an opportunity to increase hours going forward for the right candidate.
Essential requirements :
Spray skills using waterbased and ideally solvent based systems.
Own transport essential - full UK/EU Driving licence.
A desire to learn and progress.
Be punctual, hardworking and reliable
Polite, friendly and have a can-do positive attitude.
Be happy to work as part of a small team as well as on own initiative as required
Desirable requirements :
Experience of working with hand and power tools
Duties :
Spraying
Responsible for keeping the spray booth, prep and drying areas clean, tidy and safe
Supporting on prep as needed - filling, rubbing down, sanding, masking and generally prepping doors, furniture and bespoke joinery items ready for spray
Supporting as needed with packing sprayed furniture and joinery items ready for delivery
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
