Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We're looking for a passionate, ambitious and dedicated leader to manage our 3-bed therapeutic EBD children's home in Rushden, NN10.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a warm, nurturing home where relationships, stability and therapeutic care are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be supported by an experienced senior leadership team that believes in empowering managers to create outstanding homes and deliver exceptional outcomes for children.

About the Home
Our beautiful 3-bed therapeutic children's home supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs through a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach.
As a small home, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both the children and your team, creating a positive culture where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
The Role
As Children's Home Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home.
- Create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can flourish.
- Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and the Children's Homes Regulations.
- Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional care.
- Drive positive outcomes for children through high-quality care planning and therapeutic practice.
- Oversee safeguarding, compliance, staffing, budgets and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, education providers and other professionals.
- Promote a positive culture where both children and staff feel supported and respected.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential home.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or a willingness to complete it).
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations.
- Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
- A genuine passion for therapeutic, child-centred care.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
