Job Summary
As a Customer Relations Advisor you will be in regular contact with our customers to ensure they are fully satisfied, to identify any who may be in a good position to change their car and to make appointments for them with one of our Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone or email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Contact existing customers for appointments with our Sales Executives to renew their vehicle.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and concerns are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
- Promote company products and services to enhance customer engagement.
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Required
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude to customer care.
- Good IT skills
- Confidence to work alone without direct supervision.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- DBS check is required for this role
