We are looking for a Male Scheme Manager
Closing date: 17th June 2026
40 hours per week, Salary £32,000 per annum.
At Frontier Support we provide imaginative, specialist care and support to people with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Health issues and Behaviours of concern.
We love what we do, and our aim is to help the people we support to live active and socially inclusive lives.
As the Scheme Manager, you will be required to work half your hours on shift this will include some evening and weekend working, the other half will be working alongside the Service Manager ensuring services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, and diversity.
The Scheme Manager will provide effective and clear leadership to all employees to ensure standards of performance are maintained to the highest level, completing supervisions, annual appraisal’s, Rota management and compliance audits.
