Pre-School Room Leader
St John’s Wood, North London
Full Time | 40 hours across 4 or 5 days
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our beautifully designed nursery in the heart of St John’s Wood.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience working with children aged 2–5 years, with a confident understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine passion for creating engaging, child-led learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of the pre-school room
- Plan and deliver exciting activities in line with EYFS
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support and inspire your room team
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Observe and track children’s learning and development
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience leading within a pre-school setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Warm, positive, and professional approach
