We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Workplace Solutions team based in Basingstoke

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Kier Places/Workplace Solutions business. You'll be a focal point for clients, designers and contractors, working collaboratively with Senior Project Managers to scope works, advise on strategies and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing priorities and making a real impact.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently across our portfolio. Your day to day will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring safety is managed as the number one priority across all projects
- Monitoring subcontractors, conducting site audits and quality checks
- Supporting Senior Project Managers in project delivery, planning and forecasting
- Maintaining accurate project information and records
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
- You have a good understanding of CDM and an excellent safety culture
- You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships
- You're proficient in IT skills, especially MS Office
- You hold a Full driving licence as the role involves travel within the UK
