We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Carry out carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work to specifications.
- Undertake roofing repairs and installations, ensuring weatherproofing standards are met.
- Perform construction painting, preparing surfaces and applying finishes with precision.
- Handle plumbing installations and repairs, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings.
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair tasks requiring metalwork.
- Assist with electrical installations where qualified or support electrical trades as required.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete various building tasks.
- Fabricate custom components or modifications on-site as needed for specific projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, or electrical work.
- Demonstrable proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to different tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
