Multi skilled operative/ builder 10 years experience minimum. Looking for someone who is self employed who may have other customer to provide services to our care home company
Must have clear DBS.
Looking for an individual who can produce work with high levels of finish and problem solve.
Skills required plumbing, joinery, plastering, window fitting, basic electrical work.
Must be able to do maintenance paperwork e.g water checks, fire alarm tests.
