Who are we? World Travel Holdings UK was co-founded in June 2008. We are one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand cruise distributors in the UK, based in the Lancashire town of Chorley. Our brands include Cruise118.com, RiverVoyages.com and Six StarCruises. Now due to an unprecedented level of growth we are looking for driven and passionate people to join us as Cruise Sales Consultants either hybrid or homebased. We don't just want you to succeed we want you to excel so you will undertake a 3 week training induction programme with a further 3 weeks in our grad bay, and you'll have reduced sales targets too while you settle in. Well also provide you with on-going training, coaching and support.
About the role
This role requires an individual who excels in sales and customer service. You will be selling our customers their dream cruise holiday whilst delivering a remarkable experience. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, sales driven and has a strong ability to multi-task.
What you will be doing
- Taking inbound calls and online chats from our customers and converting into bookings!
- Selling all the major cruise lines, flights, tours and ancillary's to meet our customers specifications.
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Understanding the needs of each customer, through listening and building rapport
- Taking the workload off our customers shoulders and letting them focus on enjoying the cruise
What we need from you
- Travel industry experience. (Cruise sales experience is preferred).
- Proven experience of working to sales targets
- Ability to take ownership of your own personal development to build on product knowledge e.g. understanding the current marketing campaigns to maximise customer sales opportunities
- Passionate about cruising and dedicated to providing customers with the very best in one- to-one personal service.
- Homeworking experience
- Dynamic packaging experience preferred but not essential
- Experience using multiple cruise line systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products i.e. Outlook, Excel etc

- Salary: £23,871 plus commission based on targets (realistic OTE £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.)
