No previous retail experience is required. You'll receive practical training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to progress as you develop.
Your Day-to-Day
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend relevant products, services, or promotions.
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information.
- Support customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Assist with sales and customer engagement activities.
- Help maintain attractive product displays and an organised environment.

- Develop your sales and customer service skills through ongoing training.
