Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
Flexible shifts between 7:00am – 10:00pm
Do you enjoy meeting new people and take pride in helping others? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be helping customers, keeping the store looking its best, working alongside a supportive team, and making sure every customer leaves with a positive shopping experience.
Whether you already have retail experience or are looking for your first opportunity in customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and support will be provided, and there are opportunities to develop and progress within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and providing excellent service.
- Serving customers and handling transactions accurately.
- Helping customers with queries and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Keeping shelves stocked and the store well presented.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
- Carrying out simple checks, such as date and temperature checks, to help keep standards high.
- Supporting promotions, seasonal activities, and community initiatives.
- Working closely with colleagues and helping out wherever needed during busy periods.
- Learning how to open and close the store safely as a trusted Keyholder, with full training and support provided.

The Hours
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Flexible shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm.
- Availability to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required.
- Additional hours may occasionally be available to cover holidays or sickness.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.70-£14.00 per hour
