Our client is a well-established nursery based in Marlow, set within a beautifully converted farmhouse. The purpose-designed nursery provides a unique blend of character and charm, creating a warm and stimulating environment for children.
They are seeking an experienced Interim Nursery Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, providing strong leadership and ensuring consistently high standards of care, education and safeguarding.

Up to £20.00 per hour PAYE Plus Holiday Pay

Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the nursery.

Lead, support and develop a dedicated team of Early Years practitioners.

Ensure the nursery delivers high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory compliance.

Monitor and drive continuous improvement across all areas of nursery provision.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and external professionals.

Support staff performance, development and effective team working.

Ensure children receive engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Maintain a positive culture focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for children.
To be considered, you will have:

Previous experience working as a Nursery Manager.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing an early years team.

A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

The ability to confidently step into an interim management position and make an immediate impact.

Be able to commute to Marlow.
