We Are Omni Marketing is a young growing marketing company built on a simple idea: outsourced expertise with an in-house feel. We work with B2B and B2C clients across industries, either alongside their in-house teams or acting as their marketing function entirely.

The Role
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive / Founder's Associate to join us full time. This is a varied hands-on role at the heart of the business. You'll support the founder directly working closely across marketing strategy and execution while also getting exposure to operations strategy and decision making.
This is more than a marketing job. You'll become the founder's right-hand person learning the ins and outs of how a growing business operates. As we grow, you grow with us and your hard work will be recognised and rewarded.
You'll be assisting with content creation, copywriting, social media, email marketing and design covering both client work and internal projects with genuine visibility into how the business is built and run day to day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Writing and editing copy across social media, email and client campaigns
- Supporting social media strategy, content and scheduling
- Building and running email marketing campaigns
- Supporting client work and marketing strategy alongside the founder
- Getting involved in wider business projects beyond marketing as the role and as your interests develop
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Helping to develop and improve internal processes and systems as the company grows
- Bringing organisation and attention to detail to every area
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role with a bachelor’s degree or higher, OR, 4+ years of industry experience in marketing roles
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to quickly understand a variety of complex businesses and translate that into technical copy
- Experience with social media (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Experience with email marketing (HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.)
- Design skills (Canva and other design applications)
- Strong written communication and confident client-facing
- A genuinely hard working and proactive attitude with real attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently while keeping the founder in the loop
Working Arrangements
This is a remote-first role. You'll need to be able to travel to Chichester and London for in-person working days at least once a month and likely more often as the role and the business grow. Flexibility around this is important.
