Your workstyle in this role will require you to work from a fixed workplace
As a domestic assistant you will expected to keep all areas of the home clean to a high standard including infection control. Work as part of the team within the home.
Attend and complete necessary training requirements. Work to the policies and procedures set out by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council. Maintain procedures in line with statutory regulations. Environmental health, general health and safety inc COSHH, Manual handling, protective clothing etc
Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques
Your daily routine will involve:
Cleaning communal areas and individuals’ bedrooms
Assist those individuals who wish to participate in the cleaning of their bedrooms.
Ensure infection control practices are followed at all times.
