We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food retail store.

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
- Delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold excellent service standards
- Support the management team in implementing operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a food retail environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
