Key Duties
- Prepare a variety of tea-based beverages, including both hot and iced options
- Welcome customers warmly, accurately record orders, and provide attentive service
- Use drink preparation equipment such as blenders and automated machines efficiently
- Adhere to established recipes to maintain consistency and product standards
- Assist with simple food preparation tasks when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas in line with hygiene regulations
- Handle transactions, including cash and card payments, using POS systems
- Follow company procedures and operational standards at all times
- Observe all food safety and workplace health guidelines
- Cooperate closely with colleagues to support a positive and productive team environment
- Stay calm and effective during peak hours and high customer volume
- Ensure all items are packaged properly and presented to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, or food service is beneficial but not mandatory
- Familiarity with basic food hygiene principles is preferred
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to perform well in a fast-moving, customer-oriented setting
- Comfortable handling basic calculations for orders and payments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
