Pay: £19.75 – £21.95 per hour
OTE: Up to £51,000+ per year

Earning Potential (OTE)
- Hourly Rate: £19.75 – £21.95 per hour
- Basic Salary: £41,080 – £45,656 per year (based on 40-hour week)
- OTE: Up to £51,000+ per year including breakdown call-out earnings
- Breakdown Rota: Additional earnings available for participation
Overview
We're looking for a skilled HGV Technician for an excellent opportunity to significantly boost earnings through a structured rota and breakdown participation. You'll work in a supportive, customer-focused environment with clear progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles to manufacturer standards and book times
- Complete accurate service and repair documentation, ensuring quality and compliance
- Support a team-focused and customer-oriented workshop environment
- Participate in the breakdown rota for additional earnings
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent strong experience)
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician, ideally within a franchised main dealer environment
- Ability to work to manufacturer repair times and procedures
- Recognised inspection qualification (e.g., IRTEC HGV/PSV) is desirable
- Numerate, literate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
