Healthcare And Transport Services (HATS) Group provides services for the transport of children and adults with special needs for the majority of the London Boroughs and has operations across the UK. HATS also provides high-quality non-emergency and high dependency and mental health patient transport services (PTS) to the NHS, Local Authorities and their associated bodies.
Many of those service users and patients entrusted to HATS care are vulnerable individuals including those with severe learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as mainstream.

Job Description
School minibus drivers - Urgent
£13.50 minimum of per hour 25 hour week
School term time position – Mon – Fri
Hours approx. 0700 – 1000 and 1430 – 1730 with potential for overtime

We need reliable and friendly drivers who have a desire to deliver an excellent customer service to all of our service users. This role is to transport children to and from school so the shifts reflect the timings of the school day.
Whilst we will provide full training it would be great if you experience of working with vulnerable adults and children.
You will need to be safety focused as caring for the service users is paramount. You will need to be friendly and helpful as you will working with others in the team to deliver this service and it is important that everyone you deal with feels comfortable and reassured.
