Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Project Coordinator to become the backbone of our sign production operation. As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub between our clients, design team, production floor, and installation crews. You’ll own projects from the moment a sale is confirmed through to the final sign installation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple sign projects simultaneously from production through to installation and sign-off
- Liaise directly with clients to confirm timelines, site requirements, and documentation
- Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating across design, production, and installation teams
- Track materials, order substrates and hardware, and chase suppliers to keep production moving
- Identify bottlenecks early and problem-solve before they become delays
- Maintain accurate job files, sign-off sheets, and documentation using our project management system
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished product meets specification and client expectations
- Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in project coordination, production management, or a similar role
- Background in signage, print, construction, or a trade environment is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills — you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and job sheets
- Proficiency with project management tools or job management software (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
- A calm head under pressure and a solutions-first attitude
