A well-established law firm is considering the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its City of London office.
The firm is interested in speaking with commercially minded solicitors with approximately two to three years’ post-qualified experience and a solid grounding in commercial real estate matters.
The role is expected to involve:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases, renewals and related documentation
- Property finance and secured lending matters
- Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
- Managing transactions with an appropriate level of autonomy
- Supporting senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to develop relationships with clients and other professional advisers.
