Overview
Karbon Elite Services are seeking a reliable, hardworking and experienced self employed cleaner to join us on a contractual basis to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We are committed to providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all staff and patients.
- Minimum 2hrs per night onwards
- Must be registered as self-employed
- NINO, UTR number, bank account required
- Must present a valid DBS
After 3 months probation period, free training is provided with certificates upon completion.
Successful applicants who complete a working period of six months may be applicable for a bonus payment.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to all areas in a GP centre, adhering to infection control guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Completing daily/ weekly cleaning checklists to meet CQC requirements.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security when working within client premises.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Good organisational skills to manage daily cleaning schedules effectively.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, able to work independently.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
