Warehouse Operative -Newport, Gwent
Salary: £27,000 per annum, rising to £28,000 after successful 6‑month probation
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Requirement: Valid FLT licence
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our team in Newport. This is a hands‑on role within a busy warehouse environment, offering long‑term stability and opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Handling goods‑in and goods‑out paperwork, including basic computer input
- Checking stock quality and reporting discrepancies
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to support smooth operations
