About the Role:
Watermist Ltd is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time maternity cover basis. This is a varied role supporting the Global Partnerships Manager and wider team with marketing materials, administration, partner communications and document organisation.
The role is mainly office-based in Attleborough, Norfolk, with some remote working possible after the initial training period. This would suit someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail and is confident working across both administrative and marketing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Partnerships Manager and wider team with day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks.
- Assist with editing documents, brochures and other marketing materials.
- Help create and update marketing content, including brochures, documents and videos.
- Catalogue and organise marketing documents and videos within the online partner portal.
- Organise marketing materials, including stand banners and items required for trade shows.
- Manage incoming phone and email enquiries from partners and help track follow-up actions.
- Keep SharePoint documents up to date and well organised.
- Support the organisation of internal team-building events.
- Assist with market research projects, with guidance from the team.
- Help maintain the marketing archive room.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to learn. You will be comfortable working with documents, communicating with customers or partners, and supporting a busy team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Confident telephone manner, including handling calls from overseas partners.
- Good written communication skills and an interest in document design.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of good customer service.
- A team-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- An interest in marketing, administration, technology or engineering would be beneficial.
