Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve all beverages from the Marchesi 1824 drink list with precision, consistency, and refinement.
Execute coffee service with expert knowledge, crafting espresso, cappuccinos, and hot specialties in full respect of Italian tradition and Marchesi 1824 quality standards.
- Guest Experience & Hospitality
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through the full customer journey and ensuring every interaction reflects the identity and values of Marchesi 1824 and the Prada Group.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the history, culture, and DNA of Marchesi 1824, sharing it through authentic, engaging, and elegant storytelling.
- Product Consulting & Pairing
Demonstrate strong knowledge of pastry and beverage offerings, recommending pairings and advising guests with confidence, taste, and discretion.
Ensure impeccable mise-en-place, cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the bar station at all times, in line with brand and safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated on new products, trends, and performance indicators, maintaining a proactive mindset focused on excellence and continuous learning.
- Personalized Guest Attention
Anticipate and interpret guests’ needs, delivering personalized, timely, and solution-oriented service with elegance and professionalism.
Profile & Skills
- Previous experience in a high-end café, pastry shop, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong coffee knowledge and passion for Italian coffee culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural elegance, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to represent a luxury brand with professionalism and authenticity
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Fluency in Italian is a plus
