About the Role
ARRIBA ARRIBA is looking for confident, high-energy Party Hosts to bring fun, games and atmosphere to venues and events.
This role is ideal for someone with experience as a holiday rep, games host, entertainer, promo host, activity leader, or anyone who naturally knows how to get people involved and bring the vibe up.
You’ll be booked for short event gigs where you’ll host games, run competitions, encourage guests to take part and help create a fun, memorable atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
You may be asked to:
- Host party games, challenges and competitions
- Get guests involved and keep the energy high
- Work from a event brief or running order
- Adapt to different venues, crowds and event types
- Represent ARRIBA ARRIBA in a fun, professional way

- Confident speaking to groups
- Fun, upbeat and full of energy
- Good at reading a room
- Friendly, reliable and professional
- Comfortable getting people involved
- Able to think on their feet
- Available for some evening and weekend bookings
Experience That Would Be Great
Experience as any of the following would be ideal:
- Holiday rep
- Games host
- Party host
- Event host
- Promo host
- Entertainer
- Activity leader
- MC / presenter
- Hospitality or nightlife team member
Experience is a bonus, but personality, confidence and reliability are what matter most.
Availability
This is a flexible, occasional role. Bookings are expected to be around once a week depending on demand, usually for 1–2 hours at a time.
You can accept bookings that fit around your availability.
