What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Care Assistant, you will help our residents live comfortable, dignified, and happy lives tailored to their individual needs:
- Assisting residents with daily routines, personal care, and mealtimes.
- Building warm, trusting relationships with residents, learning their personal stories and preferences.
- Helping organize engaging activities, music sessions, and events that bring joy to our residents with dementia.
- Working towards your Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship through coursework and practical learning.
- Keeping accurate records and working closely with the wider care team.
