We are looking for ambitious and proactive people who enjoy talking to real people and using their legal training to help them to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to use their legal knowledge to provide practical advice to clients and gain invaluable experience of providing legal advice in a fast paced and varied client facing role.
The role will be hybrid, and you will be based in our City Centre offices in Bristol or Leeds and from home. The successful candidate must have the ability to work from home.
We encourage our people to have a great work life balance, so as a full time employee, you will be expected to work 35 hours per week!

You will also be contacting referred clients in a timely manner to provide legal advice on their queries. The role will involve using our case management system to manage the claim from the outset to the conclusion, including the issue of court proceedings and you will need to comply with agreed service level agreements. You’ll also be responsible for administration tasks and reporting to Insurer clients as required.
As a Trainee Paralegal, you will be required to learn how to be an effective advisor; research and improve your legal knowledge and build on your communication skills on an ongoing basis. You would therefore be expected to keep your legal knowledge up-to-date and attend relevant training as and when needed.
