We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in business administration whilst gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
This is not a filing and photocopying role – you'll become a valued member of the team and be involved in the day-to-day running of a successful business.
As communication with clients forms an important part of the role, candidates must be comfortable producing professional emails, documents and written correspondence to a high standard.
You'll work alongside our management and administration teams, gaining hands-on experience in a busy office environment and learning how a successful business operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Assisting customers and clients with enquiries
- Updating company databases and records
- Preparing documents and reports
- Supporting job scheduling and administration
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- General office administration duties
Apprenticeship & Training
You will study towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through City Skills.
The apprenticeship is delivered remotely and includes one dedicated learning day each week, separate from your day-to-day role within the business. This time will be used for:
- Online classroom sessions
- Coursework and assignments
- Personal development activities
- Further training and skills development
The remainder of your working week will be spent gaining practical experience within the business and applying your learning in a real workplace environment.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable, organised and professional
- GCSE Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
