As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the office while delivering excellent service to customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will work closely with the sales, warehouse, and management teams to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
· Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
· Process customer orders and maintain accurate records within the company's ERP/CRM system.
· Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers, providing updates and resolving queries in a professional manner.
· Maintain filing systems and ensure company records are accurate and up to date.
· Place, log and track orders with suppliers and monitor progress to help ensure products are delivered within agreed timescales.
· Assist with stock administration and maintain accurate purchasing and order records.
· Book customer dispatches with approved carriers and coordinate deliveries.
· Arrange supplier collections as required, both within the UK and internationally, liaising with freight providers when necessary.
· Prepare invoices, and other business documents.
· Welcome visitors and support the day-to-day running of the office.
· Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider business and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.
The successful candidate will be:

· Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

· Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
· Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
· Previous office administration experience is desirable, although we are willing to consider candidates with the right skills and attitude.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
