Experienced Waiter / Waitress (Full-time & Part-time)
Kurumaya Japanese Restaurant, located in the City of London, is looking for experienced Full-time and Part-time Waiters/Waitresses to join our friendly and professional team.
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a great dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely.
Requirements
Previous UK restaurant experience is essential.
Excellent customer service skills.
Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills.
Friendly, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Hours
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Flexible shifts available.
Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
£12.71–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Plus service charge.
Staff meals during shifts.
