We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front of House Part-Time Staff to join our vibrant team in Edinburgh. As the face of our restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
This role offers flexible shifts—typically on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM—making it ideal for students or individuals looking for evening work. Whether you have experience or are just eager to learn, we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests, manage seating efficiently, and introduce our unique noodle menu.
- Order & Service: Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and welcoming at all times, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and speedy service during peak hours.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer enquiries and resolve any service issues with a positive, helpful attitude.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Attitude: A proactive, reliable team player who thrives under pressure in a bustling restaurant environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety protocols and food preparation practices is advantageous
- Availability: Ability to work evening shifts (typically on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), including weekends.
