About Us: Warwickshire Clothing is a well-established, family-run retail business with over 50 years of heritage in outdoor and countrywear. We are seeking a high-calibre eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of our primary third-party sales channels.
The Role: This is a pivotal position within our digital team. You will not just be creating listings; you will be the architect of our marketplace strategy - using your technical SEO expertise and commercial insight to drive conversions across our own exclusive in-house brands as well as industry leaders like Regatta, Trespass, and Craghoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Take full ownership of product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other leading marketplace platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Strategic eCommerce Growth: Optimise titles, descriptions, and item specifics to improve search visibility and increase sales velocity.
- Performance and Data Analysis: Regularly review marketplace data to identify trends, monitor competitor pricing, and implement growth strategies.
- Customer Excellence: Manage all professional communication on the platforms, resolving queries efficiently to maintain our high seller ratings.
- Multi-Channel Systems: Utilise inventory software, Google Sheets, and Photoshop to coordinate stock, pricing, and visual assets.
Who You Are:
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing high-volume Amazon and eBay accounts.
- Platform Knowledge: A strong grasp of marketplace algorithms, SEO keywords, and how data flows through multi-channel inventory systems.
- Commercial Focus: Proven track record of improving search rankings, conversion rates, and driving revenue.
- Meticulous Detail: A sharp eye for detail, from the accuracy of a SKU to the quality of a product image.
