Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist therapists and beauticians with treatment preparations and follow-up procedures
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and available treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment areas and equipment
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience
- Able to manage daily operational duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or beauty-related roles is preferred
- Valid beautician qualification is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
- Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
