Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our phase IV cardiac re-habilitation team . The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with various health conditions and possess the ability to deliver safe and effective water-based exercise classes at a reduced pace, intensity and difficulty. The Aqua Aerobics Instructor will be responsible for delivering classes in a welcoming environment, promoting lifestyle change, increased physical activity, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications
-Aqua Aerobics Level 2 (Essential)
-RLSS NPLQ (Desirable)
Duties
- Lead engaging and safe aqua aerobics classes tailored to various fitness levels and age groups
- Adapt routines to accommodate individual needs and skill levels, providing modifications as necessary
- Monitor participants during classes, offering guidance and encouragement to maximise effectiveness and enjoyment
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation, motivation, and community engagement
- Bringing enthusiasm for promoting health, wellness, and active lifestyles through aquatic exercise. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others while working within a supportive team dedicated to health and fitness excellence.
Pay: From £40.00 per hour
