R.I.S.E Support Services Ltd is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers across our supported living services.
We support adults with mental health needs to live as independently as possible, develop confidence, manage risks and work towards their own goals and recovery.
At R.I.S.E., support isn't about taking over or doing everything for someone.
It's about working alongside people, recognising their strengths and providing the right support when they need it.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:
- Build positive and professional relationships with the people we support
- Provide person-centred, recovery-focused mental health support
- Promote independence, choice and control
- Support people to develop and maintain daily living skills
- Recognise changes in mental health, behaviour or presentation
- Provide reassurance and appropriate support during periods of anxiety, distress or deterioration
- Encourage community involvement, meaningful activities and social inclusion
- Support attendance at appointments where required
- Support individuals to work towards their personal goals
- Follow individual support plans and risk assessments
- Support medication in accordance with training and company procedures
- Maintain accurate and professional records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers and other professionals
- Identify and report safeguarding or wellbeing concerns appropriately
- Maintain dignity, confidentiality and professional boundaries

We have opportunities available across our services in:
Gosport Portsmouth Southampton Bournemouth
We are recruiting for full-time, part-time and bank Mental Health Support Workers.
Bank work may be particularly suitable for people looking for additional or flexible hours while still becoming part of the wider R.I.S.E. team.
Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, depending on the needs of the individual service.
