Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Team Member to join our friendly team at the Norfolk Arms Hotel and Norfolk Tap.
This is a varied role that offers experience across different areas of hospitality, making every shift different. You will work across our busy bar, hotel breakfast service, and weddings and events, helping us deliver excellent customer service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving food and drinks in the Norfolk Tap bar.
- Providing table service during breakfast.
- Assisting with weddings, private functions and events.
- Preparing and clearing service areas before and after service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service.
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
