As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have the confidence and ability to lead the team in a fast-moving environment. A friendly outgoing personality combined with enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for good food and drink are exactly the qualities we are looking for.
The successful applicant will have the ability to utilise their skills to motivate and coach other team members to help create a memorable experience for our customers. In conjunction with the General Manager and Head Chef, your priority will be to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant at all times and that the high standards of service, quality and health & safety are maintained.
A good knowledge of restaurant opening and closing procedures and experience of table reservation and till systems are also required.
