TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver with ADR Category 6 (Packages) to join one of our well-established clients based in Poole. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable driver looking for long-term, stable work with an immediate start.
Following a comprehensive buddying period, you'll be responsible for carrying out critical timed deliveries on planned routes using a 3.5T company vehicle.

- Monday to Friday day shifts
- Early starts between 4:00am – 6:00am (flexibility up to 7:00am)

The Role
- Carry out critical timed deliveries safely and efficiently
- Follow pre-planned and mapped delivery routes
- Drive a 3.5T Iveco or MAN Box Van
- Complete daily vehicle checks
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Category B Driving Licence
- Valid ADR Category 6 (Packages) certificate – essential
- Previous commercial van driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points (SP30 offences only)
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
