Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Negotiate sales terms confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the customer and the company
- Manage product displays, stock levels, and organize merchandise to create an inviting shopping atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve store performance
- Utilize IT tools effectively for inventory management, sales processing, and communication
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key!
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to drive confidently when required for store visits or promotional activities outside the premises
- Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) sales processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic IT literacy for using point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and communication tools
