Duties:
- Conducting a variety of panel repairs, mechanical, and bodywork tasks
- Performing paint refinishing and spray work to high standards
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and skills across multiple repair disciplines
- Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure customer loyalty and referrals
- Upholding excellent housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work processes
- Working efficiently within a busy bodyshop environment to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with multi-disciplinary skills
- Eye for detail and high quality awareness
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- NVQ or ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential; relevant experience will be considered
- Able to work within a team and maintain high standards of workmanship
