Due to expansion in Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervisors for Holiday Parks, Sporting Events,Festivals , Pubs and Hospitality.
If you have a valid SIA Licence and take pride in your work come join us.
We have a wide range of Security work with ongoing contracts across Plymouth, Looe, Newquay and North Devon.
We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent observation skills, handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
You will require a calm demeanour, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
This role involves overseeing entry points, ID checking and incident reporting.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your presence is vital to the safety of all individuals on site.
Experience
- Prior experience in security or crowd control roles is preferred but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Possession of a valid SIA licence is mandatory for employment in this role.
- First aid certification
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
- A professional appearance at all times

- Must be able to produce Right To Documentation
- Pass BS7858 security vetting
- Must be reliable and committed to working weekends and late nights
